These Days, I am really obsessed with glitter or glitter eye makeup. And glitter makeup can be little tricky if we don’t use a good Glitter primer or good glue underneath your glitter. In India, It is very hard to find a good affordable glitter glue. And I don’t wanna waste my money on high ends glues. So I buy this Elf Essential Glitter Primer from Beauty joint Now let me show you a quick review on this product.

My experience with E.l.f. Glitter Primer:-
Start with its packaging, It comes in a squeeze plastic tube with a silver cap. I would say it is a glue rather than saying it’s a primer. This primer is made for glitter and Loose pigments. The consistency is very thick as it is a glue. Texture is smooth and blends easily and the color of glue is beige, but it turns out in clear transparent layer after blending it. It starts getting little tacky So you have to apply your loose pigment or glitter quickly. The Staying power is amazing. It stays up to 7 hrs on my eyelids without any creasing . This glue/primer is not waterproof. It can remove easily. It works better with loose pigment rather than loose glitter. How I use this Glitter Primer??I use a small concealer brush and take a small about of this glue and dab it equally where I want my loose pigment. Then I apply my loose pigment with eye shadow applicator and Voila! My loose, dry pigment turns into beautiful color with more intensity. You can see the swatches below.
Overall, I really like the affordable Primer for Glitters and Loose pigments. But you will not get good results with your pan eye shadows and It is not a waterproof glue. Still I am loving this glue and will recommend this if you are looking for something like this products without spending a lot money.
